Quick mani with @mavalauk in ‘Cuzco’ and Seche Vite top coat. The Mavala nail polishes are great to travel with in tiny bottles (have you ever finished a bottle of nail polish!?) and Seche vite means you can do your nails in a flash without risking smudging.

#triedandtestedtuesday the @byterryofficial edition. These are probably my 2 favourite products from the range. The CC serum works as a base or on its own to even out skintone and give a luminous finish. This is ‘Sunny Flash’, the darkest shade. For me this is when I have been in the sun or on holiday. I use it alone or mix it with foundation. The Light Expert is an OG, one of the first products the brand came out with. I use the shade 5 ‘Peach Beige’ on areas where I want to brighten (under eyes, around nose) and further even out any skintone.
A @beautypie haul for a Bank Holiday Monday. This is my 3rd tinted moisturiser in ‘Light’, enough coverage to even out skin tone, hydrating and a dewy finish. The SPF is also a firm favourite, moisturising without being greasy. The glycolic socks are actually for a friend but they are perfect pre-holiday or occasion when your feet are on show. Finally a new product for me, the cream blush in ‘Universal Pink’. A little goes a long way with this and despite it looking very fuchsia, tapped along the top of cheekbones it gives a lovely flush of colour.

#triedandtestedtuesday The Hair Edition: @theouai fine hair shampoo & conditioner (have repurchased the shampoo). Long-lasting fragrance & not heavy on the hair at all. @kerastase_official Densifique mousse is a game-changer. Forget stiff, crackling texture, this adds thickness to hair without weighing hair down which for me leads to oiliness. When used with a hairdryer it dries as normal.
Wednesday- a bit of @beccacosmetics Aqua Luminous Concealer and @lorealparis Eye cream in a concealer, some @hourglasscosmetics brow pencil and @chanel.beauty cream bronzer to finish #nomakeupmakeup #wednesday #humpday
It’s no myth that as soon as your body is fighting something, your skin takes a hit. Despite having zero energy, we know that I still had enough to do a morning and evening cleanse. My skin was hyper sensitised with red, raised bumps (cute). So I used the most gentle products I had- there’s some marketing psychology I’m sure of blue= calm so no actives like vitamin c or retinol to keep the peace.
